am i just hoping or does this guy really like me??

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
there is this guy that i like he is a bit older than me so i thought that maybe the age difference would bother him but the other day he said that as long as the girl was at least 18 he would date her. the other day he said i was beautiful. he picks at me all of the time, he will look down my shirt if my clevage is showing and he tries to unhook my bra. his friend asked me if i would marry this guy the other day and he was bugging me about him all day long and he really hasnt ever said anything to me about him before. he will mess up my hair or hit me with something and everytime i see him he kicks my shoe off..am i just hoping or does this guy really like me??

RomanceClass.com Advice
If someone's constantly at your side teasing and joking with you, then yes you've got someone who likes you. So ask him out on a date and see what happens!

Long term, though, age differences can break up a relationship. Just be aware of it when you go into this. There's a high likelihood that you and he are in such different places in life that you can't understand what's going on for the other person, and that lack of empathy will lead to hurt and misunderstandings that will break you up. Open, honest communication is essential to preventing this.

Good luck!
