To answer your first question, what you do is shut off your phone and ignore the door. When someone's knocking, look your date in the eye and say, "You are so much more important than they are." and it will be a big plus for you.

HOWEVER, you are focussing on sex when instead you shouldn't be. You shouldn't be looking at women as sex objects, which is what you're doing now. Instead of reading what big breasted women like, as if a book can encompass a couple million of individuals, maybe you should be getting to know them as people, not as sex toys.
