You are old enough where you know better than to follow through on something like this. You should decide whether you want to be married or not, and if so, then you need to look into couple's therapy to find out why you are feeling unfulfilled and why you are looking at another woman to fill it in.

If you decide that you're done with the marriage, at least have the decency to end it before you pursue someone new.

As for going after someone who's 20, she may certainly be attractive and fun and young and all that, but you know that you will mess up her life if you try for a relationship with her. She will always be so much younger that she will break herself trying to live up to your level of maturity. And it's a hopeless thing and she will break up with you out of frustration. You know this.

Whatever you do, don't go pursuing a relationship with this 20 yr old while you're married. Find out what you want, and then take the appropriate action.
