I'm wondering if he's cheating on me and I don't know what to do.

I've been dating this guy for a while now and he was fine until about a week ago he started avoiding me and i haven't seen him the whole week. I called him tonight and he told me he was driving in his car then when i asked him to come to my house he said he wasn't driving and he also told me he had just got done eating but tried later to hang up with me because he said that he was trying to finish eating. Then when I heard a girl in the background and asked where he was it was just a general answer of "With my friends" but he wouldn't say who and he said he was at a girl's house but wouldn't say who's. I'm wondering if he's cheating on me and I don't know what to do. What do you think?

He certainly is showing some pretty weird behaviors. While I don't recommend jumping to the conclusion that he's cheating, it fits the pattern. I'd suggest sitting down with him for a serious talk about where your relationship is and what he would change about it. Give him a non-emotional space where he can come forward with whatever he has to say. Try not to get upset by whatever he says, just say you want to fix the problems that the two of you are having.
You might also check his cell phone records, just to be safe.
