me and my girl friend have broken up twice, after the first time, when i tried to get her back she said that i probably wouldnt be able to change her mind, but i did, and we went back out for 4 months. then broke up, and now i want her back again, because i still have feelings for her, and she told me to call her, and i thought she liked me, but after asking if she liked me, i found out that she has a little bit of feelings for me, but she dont think we should go out, we should just be friends. she loves to talk to me,and be with me,, but how do i change her mind, so she will go back out with me.. would a kiss out of knowhere be too much?.. thank you

Yes, I think a kiss out of nowhere would be too much at this point. Get to know her all over again. Spend time with her, get closer to her again. Get her feeling comfortable being with you so that she -wants- to be with you more and more. As time goes on, she will find herself sliding back into liking you, and then you can make your moves.
