i dont know if she knows that I love her in different ways

I have a bad dilema. There is this girl i used to go out with who i stopped having feelings for a while, but we are really good friends even now. But now, it is like all think about is her i mean i really do not know why. Everytime i go out with other girls and end up dumping them after about month cuz its just not the same. She knows I love her cuz we are really good friends but i dont know if she knows that I love her in different ways. She is going out with this other guy right now. I really do not know what to do. Another problem is I don't know how to tell her I love her I have been friends with her so long. I feel like I am in a friend zone. Everytime i see her I just get that feeling like I need to be with her. Just what i need answers with are how do I tell her how I feel and what I should do. It would be really great if i could get a girl to help me with this.

Since she's got a boyfriend, the only thing you can do now is hang back and let it run its course. You wouldn't want her to cheat on him, because you don't want her to then cheat on you. Continue being her friend and get closer to her without breaking that line.
When she breaks up with that other guy, then sit her down and talk with her about how you know you two broke up a while back, but you think that maybe it's time to try again. Tell her that you have been thinking a lot about why you broke up last time and you're sure it won't happen again (it would be helpful if you actually -do- this, not just say this).
With any luck, she'll still have those feelings for you and you'll be back together.
