is it true that if a girl tenses up during sex a guys penis can actually get stuck in her and then they get stuck together until something happens?

No, the penis won't get stuck inside you. Particularly in cases where you might be feeling nervous (and make sure that if you're nervous it's the good nervous and not the "I don't want to do this" nervous! YOU CAN ALWAYS SAY STOP!!!!) so if you're feeling nervous, use KY jelly so that everything is slippery as can be. The guy should be going slowly until you are comfortable. It should not be painful for you, and as you relax it goes smoother. But if you suddenly tense up, no you will not be able to hold him in as he withdraws.
Make sure at every stage that this is something you -want- to do. Don't ever feel cajoled into doing things that you are not ready for. And you always have the right and duty to say "stop" if things are feeling rushed. If your guy is the real one for you, he will respect your wishes and will want it to be perfect for you too. The last thing you want is for everything to be over and done and you're left feeling miserable because it didn't go how you wanted.
