Remind yourself of this rule: don't date sisters and don't date best friends. They will always get you in trouble with both of them and you'll be left out in the cold.
I don't think you'll ever get this girl's trust back after you went out with her sister. There's too much built-in jealousy and sister rivalry going on already, and then you toss a mutual boyfriend in the mix and you're guaranteed a problem. You will always have it hanging over your head.
If you still want to go out with her, despite these issues, then do your best to convince her that the only reason you went out with her sister is because she reminded you of this girl. That you were looking for another woman who was just like this girl. Make it all about her and you might have a shot. But never, ever say that the sister is better at anything, or you will lose this girl.
