I have no idea if she really likes me

There's this girl I like, but I have no idea if she really likes me. I mean, she does like me, but it's complicated. She would e-mail me lots of times then she would stop e-mailing for weeks. It goes on and off. She would repeatedly end the letter by saying, "I'm thinking of you" on every e-mails. Does this mean she really like me? Also, when I talk to other girls in the hallway at college, she would admit to me that she's jealous of them and that she doesn't want me to talk to them anymore. What's up with that!?

The sure tip-off is that she's jealous of other girls. Now, she shouldn't be jealous and it'll cause all sorts of problems later, but for now it means that she likes you, which is what you want to know. So, now you need to take the next step. Ask her out on a date, ask her to the movies or to study with you. Ask her to do anything at all, and continue the friendship by getting closer first and then bring it to the romantic relationship level.
