I love my girlfriend loads and she feels the same but everytime she says she is going out on town with her friends i get all panicky, think she is going to cheat on me,think of scenarios like what if she meets someone better. And next time i see her i go all quiet towards her and start askin loads of questions about her night out.stuff like were you chatted up,did u speak to guys, etc.what is wrong with me and how can i stop it.i always am very sorry after i do it.its like i have to know or i panic like hell.i currently ave been diagnosed with depression an anxiety.and for my illness is changing my diet any help to it?
You have to get a handle on your jealousy. It's good that you recognize that it's silly and it's sucking you down into misery. Now you need to clear it from your head so you can have a decent relationship with her. Whenever you get to feeling like this, remind yourself over and over that you can trust her and that she's the love of your life and doesn't deserve to be treated like you are treating her.
I strongly suggest counselling to get over this jealousy of yours. Either that, or you'll end up losing your girl and then you'll feel really really horrible.
