We have a lot of tips on how to deal with long distance relationships that you can read here:

Feeling anxiety over whether your guy is being faithful is non-productive and hurtful to you and your relationship. You need to tell yourself when those thoughts come up that there's no basis for your thoughts and that you trust him. Trust, particularly in long distance relationships, is the key to getting past these crazy thoughts you're having. You must have faith that he'll do the right thing.

Good luck with this!
