I have a long distance relationship. I'm now in Canada and he was in the Italy. My problem is I think I'm obsess with my boyfriend maybe because i gave everything that i can give to him. I know he loves me but sometimes, I cant stop thinking that maybe he was seeing somebody else. I know this was not right, I know that I should have trust him but because were so far to each other i can't.
I can't even sleep at night cause i cant get rid him out of my mind. I really need someone who can help me with this. please..
We have a lot of tips on how to deal with long distance relationships that you can read here:
Feeling anxiety over whether your guy is being faithful is non-productive and hurtful to you and your relationship. You need to tell yourself when those thoughts come up that there's no basis for your thoughts and that you trust him. Trust, particularly in long distance relationships, is the key to getting past these crazy thoughts you're having. You must have faith that he'll do the right thing.
Good luck with this!
