We have a wealth of information on how to flirt with people, and we have a lot of questions that have been answered about how to get people to notice you. You are definitely not alone!
Stop by here to read them:

For the part about being bisexual, it's great that you know yourself this well this young. But it's a part of you that doesn't need to be broadcast all over, you wouldn't go shouting, "I pee in the bathroom!" even though it's true. So sexuality, of any kind, isn't the sort of thing you announce in general discussion. So just deal with people politely when it comes up in conversation, and don't feel like you need to justify or defend yourself. Just say, "well, we'll see how I turn out." and leave it at that. You'll never convince the naysayers to anything different.

Good luck!
