How do I know if he really likes me?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I recently went on a mission trip to South America. I met this guy there. When I returned, we became very close, friend wise. A couple of days ago, we started telling each other that we love each other. But I don't know how to take it. He calls me his girl and everything. How do I know if he really likes me? The only time that I talk to him is through email. I will see him again in about a month. Please help!

RomanceClass.com Advice
First off, you can't love someone that you haven't been dating for a long while. You may be infatuated, but certainly you're not in love. But whatever you call it, you really like one another and want to find out where the relationship is going to go to. That's a good thing.

Your question is how do you know if he really likes you? Well, the fact that he's telling you that he loves you is one clue. The other clue is that he wants to see you again.

Take it easy and get to know one another more before you go flinging yourself head over heels into a long distance relationship. They are very rough to maintain and only the very strong will survive. We have a bunch of tips on the site that may help you out. Stop by:
