How do i get over being jealous

How do i get over being jelouse. i trust my bf but the thought of him hanging out with another girl or even talking to another girl makes my stomache knot. i really want to get over this becasue if i dont then im afraid it might cause problems later on.

Jealousy comes from insecurity about the relationship. The more confident in the relationship, the less jealousy there will be. The best way is to repeat to yourself, "I have no need to worry. He loves me, not her". Every time you feel this sort of stress, talk yourself out of it, remind yourself that he's with you not with her and he's with you for a reason - he cares about you. You trust him, let that trust carry you through by having faith that when he talks with another girl that it's innocent and you are more important to him.
