i have a serious crush on my supervisor who is about 30 years older than me. He's single but once said all of us (in the company) are not available for him. Whenever he explains something to us, he'll look at me most of the time and we always make eye contact. What should i do? I cant stop thinking of him yet i dont have the courage to tell him that i like him..

Think about him all you want, but be prepared for the fact that this guy is out of your league and won't ever be your boyfriend. He's too old for you and a relationship would never work out, and then you'd be stuck in work with this guy that you don't want to see ever again. That's not an ideal situation.
He's probably making eye contact with you because you're looking at him in the first place. I doubt there's anything more to it than that.

Find someone your own age to enjoy and take it from there.
