My ex-girlfriend and i dated for two years and have been seperated for about 5 months. Now she always wants to hang out with me and doesn't ever talk about other men in her life even her other guy friends. Does this mean that she might want to get back together?

I don't know, I can't see into her head, and neither can you, right up until you ask her what's going on. I suggest you enjoy her company for now and wait and see what happens. Being friends with your ex is wonderfully healthy for both of you, so enjoy the company and let everything else take care of itself.
Thing is, if you really don't want to get back together, you might want to hint at it now, just in case.
