I Want Him Back - He Was my Best Friend

my ex boyfrind and I were friends for four years before we dated. We lasted for two weeks and three days. I called to talk to him and he said I dont think it will work out because he just likes me as a best frined and he said I will have another chance with him soon and he said he also feels obligated. He said he did not break up with me to be mean he just thought it would not work out and I know it will. I realy love him and I want him back. What should I do?

You guys were friends for four years but only dated for 2 weeks?? That makes no sense at all. What in the world could have gone wrong so quickly? It sounds like one or both of you was afraid of losing the friendship, and wasn't able to discuss it. If you guys were friends for 4 years, you should be able to talk about issues!! So sit down and really discuss WHAT bothered you, so you can find solutions. If you can't talk about the problems, you never will be able to resolve them.
