im 19 years old and my girlfriend is 17 years old we been going out together for about 4month and my girlfriend break up with me because i lied to her something that i shouldnt say it to her and now it been 3month since we breack up but she is back to her ex boyfriend now and i love her somuch i want her back now can u please help me how can i get her back cause i cant get her out of my maind now and i cant sleep and eat at all my parents are very worried about me CAN YOU PLEASE HELPE ME WHT SHOULD I DO TO GET HER BACK TO ME?

A relationship is founded on trust, and when you lie to someone, you break that trust. The only way to ever get the person back is to rebuild the trust and to prove you learned what a huge mistake this was. You need to rebuild the friendship from the ground up. It won't just happen, it will take a lot of time and effort. You need to start working on that.
