A Good Friend at Work

I have become real good friends with a guy I work with and we always have a great time together when we get the chance but sometimes we both have fun all day and then I overhear him telling another girl that he'll see her later after work and I get so confused about it because even though he knows he's going out with someone later but first he rather focus on having fun with me before going out with someone. Why does he do that?

Lots of guys flirt at work, they are at work all day and it makes sense to have fun there :) But he obviously has a girlfriend that he sees after work. That really isn't strange at all, it is quite normal. You need to realize he is a flirtatious friend, and make sure you look elsewhere for a romantic partner :)
