My Jealousy Destroyed Us

I was is a 2 and 1/2 year relationship which ended up me breaking up with him because he cheated on me. After 4 months of being single I started dating this guy it has been 5 month now and now we are broken up. He said it was because of my jealousy and moodiness. I really love him but feel that I have lost him for good. How can I get over the jealousy that I have because I know that is why I am moody, I am constently thinking that he is gonna cheat on, or he is up to no good. Please help me make this stop, so that I can win him back.

Everyone who lets jealousy linger should read this question, because it shows very clearly just how insidious jealousy can be. Having someone cheat on you is REALLY painful, and it leaves you with lingering doubts of every other person you go out with. I know that. But it is your responsibility to find a way through that. Only you can get yourself back out there and trusting again. I have a TON of advice on this site, including quizzes, tips, an ebook and more. Work through it and take it seriously, as a skill to learn. I think if your ex knows what success you are having in beating this, that he will support you and work with you on it.
