HELP!!!!! i love a girl and she is somewhat popular, i think she likes me (that way) and i know i love her, i need to ask her out, all of the other girlfriends i have had cheat and lie to me, she is not that way, i love her and i need to ask her out

Do something fun and outrageous. Buy her a dozen flowers. Have them delivered to her class. She'll be floored and will think very highly of you for it.

When you ask her out, find someplace that will be fun and interesting, like minigolf or bowling. Some activity where you can enjoy each other's company. She sounds like she's a winner.
