my problem is i start somewhat talking to someone, start liking them alot and then never talk to them again because im so shy. how can i get over this?

We are all shy. We all get nervous. And then we practice these skills so that we get better and better at talking to people. So you need to practice. You didn't learn to ride a bike in one minute. You practiced. So look at this as a skill you want to learn, and practice it every single day. I have a TON of advice on the site on how to work on breaking the ice. So make it a daily lesson :)
