I'm Jealous of Other Guys

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
I adore my partner but we have had some problems recently with her bringing other males into the relationship not on a physical basis so she tells me.

I do not know how to react to this situation can you help

You're being sort of vague here. Do you mean she has male friends? Just about EVERY female has male friends. It's healthy and normal. But do you mean that she has male friends over every night, is going out to play pool and drink with them while you sit home alone? Then she is neglecting you in favor of other people, which is bad no matter if those friends are male or female.

You need to sit down and think about the situation objectively. If these people were female, would you mind? Does it really seem like she's spending more time with others than with you? Or is it that you want her 100% to yourself and nobody else should ever spend a moment with her?
