I am in love with my ex but he lives so far away from me. My friends tell me that he´s got another girl but whe we talk he says he loves. Is he sincere? If so, What can I do to be with him and don´t let distance separate us?

This guy is your ex. This is NOT going to work if he is not willing to make a commitment. Long distance relationships are hard enough when both partners are fully committed to them. They are impossible if one person refuses to join into that commitment.
