Genereally speaking, if seamen is inside a woman's body it can last for up to 3 days.
Outside of a man, it will not last very long, but it will last for a short while. Heat, humidity, etc. all play a part in the efficacy of sperm cells.
In terms of bleeding after one loses ones virginity, it all depends. Some women don't bleed at all and some bleed a lot. It depends on the amount of skin in and the shape of the hymen.
