should I ask him if he likes me now or after he heals

There is this guy...he goes to a different school but i see him a lot. He always used to laugh when i said something stupid. He recently broke his ankle playing baseball. I have talked to him on e-mail and stuff and he doesn't laugh as much...I'm worried about him... I think he likes me but I am not sure...how can i make him feel better...should I ask him if he likes me now or after he heals...he makes me feel good about myself and I hate seeing him in pain...how can i help him?

Use this time to get closer. Yeah, he's hurt, but it's not like it's a life-threatening thing. As you get closer you'll get a better idea of what is going on. Then ask him when the mood is right not whether or not he can walk.

In terms of what you can do for him.. you're doing it by being there for him.
