She Thinks of me as a Brother

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
It seems as if me and the girl I'm talking to got to close . Close to the point to where she sees me as a brother figure which is what I didn't intend to do or I don't know if she is joking or what. Me and her where in a car with one of my friends and we where in a arguement just joking around and our friend said you guys are like brother and sister. I was like ya whatever, but then my love interest goes out and says laughing "he is like my brother."

I don't know if I just took it the wrong way or what but it ruined the rest of the night. That was the one phrase I wanted her to never say. How can I get it to the point to where she sees me more as a relationship type than a brother. I mean we hang out a lot and I just want her to see me as more.

RomanceClass.com Advice
First, it's actually a really, really good sign that she feels that close to you. All great relationships are based on a great friendship, and if you guys have that you are WAY ahead of the game. Now you just need to slide that along into a more physical realm.

I've put together a page of information on how to slowly slide along from friend to boyfriend/girlfriend:

Read through it, and start out slowly. I think you'll find that she's quite happy as you get closer together :)
