do you think he just wanted to 'fool around'

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I was 'talking' to this guy and it was going really good... One night he finally asked me out and for some reason I turned him down.. I really regret it and about 2 weeks after I turned him down he said that we just needed to be friends for now... I think that I really hurt his feelings. and I also teased him alot. I dont think guys like that. But Its been almost a month and I am still down in the dumps. We havent talked to each other since that day.. I felt like I needed to be brave and do something about it. I wrote him a letter and told him how I felt and that I still had feelings for him and that if he still wanted to be 'just friends' then I could accept that but I wanted to be CLOSER friends. He still hasnt replyed or said a single word to me... he wont even look at me... do you think he just wanted to 'fool around' or How could I get him back?

RomanceClass.com Advice
I think you hurt his pride and he can't find a way to save face and get you back.

There is no need for you to badger him, either, because he knows how you feel. Your best bet is to just say hi when you see him and talk to him and not mention anything. If he feels that he can ask you out without looking 'bad' he will.

Best wishes,
Marc
