First off, you need to change your tone. You can't 'confront' anyone about love. You need to 'express' your emotions.

Secondly, how do you know you love her if you don't even know her? I think what you mean to say is that you are attracted to her and would like to ask her out.

Finally, just walk up and say "hi". Start a neutral conversation about something like the weather or school. See how the conversation goes. After a few conversations, ask her if she'd like to do something like going to the Mall... essentially going to a public place during the day. She will feel less pressure and you can chat more freely. If this goes well, then ask her to a movie or something.
