HELP! I'M IN A RELATIONSHIP, BUT I WANT TO SEE OTHER PEOPLE, THE WIERD THING IS THAT I DONT WANT TO BREAK UP WITH HIM. THE THING IS, I AM GETTING BORED, ITS SO MANY CUTE BOYS COMING MY WAY, AND I WANT TO AT LEAST TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE ON THE PHONE............WHAT HE DOSENT KNOW WONT HURT HIM RIGHT? WOULD THIS BE CONSIDERED CHEATING? HELP ME PLEASE

Sounds to me like you are trying to get a different answer to the question. The answer, of course, is that it is cheating and you probably want to hear that it isn't.
The simplest thing I can say is: How would you feel if he behaved that way to you? Pretty lousy, right? What would you ask him to do? Probably make up his mind and either break-up with you or stay. Your answer to what you want to do with the relationship is there.
The big thing is, you may not be ready for a committed relationship or maybe you don't like your guy as much as you first thought. You also need to ask yourself these questions.
