Based on your writing style and the fact that you gave names and locations, etc. (which I removed) I would guess that you are very young. Going on this assumption, I would say not only should you not try to go with him, but it is wrong for him to touch you.

And, in the off chance, you are old enough to date, it's not cool to try to break up a couple.
