My Jealousy is Getting Out of Control

Why do I feel so jealous of my boyfriend any where we go? I am always watching him to see if he looks at other girls, i am so insecure when we are out in public, i fear i will lose him if i dont take control of this, my problem is getting out of hand, I dont want to lose the love of my life.
