I Want my Male Friend to Be My Man

I have a crush on one of my guy friends. Should I tell him how I feel about him or just stay his friend. Every time he talks to me he's smiling and laughs at all my jokes even when they aren't funny. When ever we talk he will touch my arm or hand, I want to give him a hug but I don't know what to do.

I wish he was my man. I haven't known that long but he talks to me every day, he is so cute. I asked him for his number and he actually gave it to me. The other day he called me to talk he says that were just friends but how can I tell if that's really the case. Help me I don't know what to do. I like him so much he says he is just my friend but I want him to be my man.
