Who Should I Choose?

I cannot decide who I like, when my brain chooses, my heart doesn't say a word. In other words, I am having trouble figuring out who I like. No matter who I say I like, whether I keep this decision to myself or tell my friends, I change my mind...

Is there anyway to get my heart to let me know if it accepts who I decide upon? (I also would like to know how to figure out someone's feelings towards me, they always seem very vague and fuzzy. Most of the time it seems like they just want something from me, whether they want me to play as goalie for the team in gym, or they want to see my homework.)
