Will College Drive Us Apart?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I have a boyfriend who I have been with altogether about 2 years. We are so close and we only live 2 stop signs away from eachother, so you can just imagine that we do everything together.

My problem is that we are both from different religons and I know that we are never going to get married. In the fall we are going to be going to different colleges. His will be about 45min away from me. In a way I think we should break up now because in the summer it will harder but then at the same time I can't let go. What do you think I shuld do?

Also, once he moves I'm hardly going to see him becauser I'm going to college full-time and working full-time right now and it's so hard to have a social life. I think the only reason why we are so close now is because we both go to the same college together and since we live so close to each other we acctually have time to see each other. When he moves I won't have time to drive 45min. everyday.HELP!

RomanceClass.com Advice
Lots of people date long distance - and lots of people marry outside of their religion. There are all sorts of compromises that you make in life that work out quite fine. It's up to you to work on the relationship. If you give up on it, it will always fail. Surely you love this guy, if you have spent all this time with him and have been happy?
