I Cheated - but the Guy I Cheated With Has a Girlfriend Too

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Ok, last weekend I was out with some friends. Well I ended up messing around with this guy that I have liked for a long time now, and now I like him even more! The problem is, he has a girlfriend and I have a boyfriend.

I am willing to leave my boyfriend for this new guy though, and he acted like he might actually like me. He even told me to call him sometime. Was he just saying that to be nice? Was he just being nice because he's a naturally nice guy or does he really like me??

We have messed around before, a couple years ago but it never went very far so he probably doesn't like me, right? I always liked him but I just gave up, now I can't get him out of my head! How do I make him mine!? Please help with my questions! I am going nuts here...

RomanceClass.com Advice
You're caring about all the wrong things here. You HAVE A BOYFRIEND. He deserves to know what has happened. You have to sit down and tell him. You can't make decisions about other situations while you have a boyfriend! He is a human being, not a safety net until you find something better.

If you don't want to be with him, tell him and be honest. If you are just keeping him as a pet while you scope out better choices, that is really cruel. Break up with him. Once you are broken up, then you can decide what you want to do next.
