He Doesn't Call Daily - Is He Cheating?

My boyfriend has always been very attentive and calling twice a day, morning and afternoon. We have been together for almost three years now.

Recently, he's developed the habit of skipping a day or two without calling and when he calls he sounds normal. This leaves me confused and I've started suspecting that he's started cheating on me.

Relationships shouldn't need multiple phone calls a day to work. Also, they shouldn't need one person to do all the work! Why is he calling all the time and you just sit around waiting for a call? Why don't you call him on the off days, and show you are just as interested?
