I'm Jealous - It's causing us trouble

Me and my boyfriend have been going out for 1 year and almost 3 months. We love each other very very much. I always accuse him of looking at another female. He tells me he doesnt and when i do accuse him of doing it, he just makes him mad. He tells me no matter what he will not leave me and i do believe that. From about our 10 months together I started getting jealous.

I DO NOT want this in me anymore because i love him and do not want to hurt the relationship or him. Please HELP!
