Kissing my Long Distance Girlfriend

I am a 22 year old guy and my girlfriend is a 17 year old girl,and she was my ex and now we are back toghter. we haven't really meet face to face but we have exchange pictures.

Recently we have been "kissing" through the phone but i confess that i really want to kiss her. So should i make the first move or wait till she make the first move. Should i hold her hand first or should i kiss her first
please help me becuase i am really confuse

If you guys haven't met face to face, how can you possibly kiss her? It's necessary to actually be with someone to kiss them :) If you are saying that you WILL meet up with her, many girls don't like the idea of kissing on the first date. So I wouldn't hatch all sorts of intricate schemes to do it. I would be very casual and see what she wants to do. It's best to let her lead in this case.
