I'm Chasing my Ex

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I feel so incredibly confused. I was out and ended up quite drunk, I ended up calling my ex and asking where he was, he ended up being at the same club as me. I hadn't spoken to him in about a month. I saw him and when I did I hugged him and mouthed the words "i love you" to him. My friend was with me and she told me to leave because he looked like he was enjoying me acting like a bit of a fool. I don't know whether she was right. But what I do think now is that maybe I still have feelings for him.

It's been 3 months, this was the first time I had seen him since, as he said it would be difficult for us to see each other again.I'm 24, he is 28 and we were getting serious- talking about marriage. I'm unsure of my genuine feelings but I would like to see him and sort it out. I have no idea how he feels now but he did call me on NYE (a month ago) and told me that he loved me, but then rejected me later and said he was just drunk.

I tried to contact him today but he would not pick up. Should I just let him be? thanks

RomanceClass.com Advice
If you both call each other with love messages when you're drunk, that's at least a good sign. Some people call up exs and swear when they're drunk so at least both of you have happy feelings. I would not try to leap back into a relationship. Call him and tell him you'd like to be friends, and to just go out to a fun dinner together. Start casual and see how it goes.
