He's Perfect - He Has a Girlfriend

This guy I just met is perfect then he says he has a girlfriend. How do i get him to like me instead of her?

If you show him you are willing to break up a relationship to please yourself, then he will never trust you in the future. And if you teach him that it's OK to break up with a girl because another one seems interesting, then you yourself will be crying when he then dumps you to move on to another one.

The MOST important thing to show this guy is that you are worthy of respect, and that you respect him. Because if you two DO get together you want your relationship with him to last, right? So work on the friendship. Be a friend, listen to him, have fun with him. Do NOT push him to leave his girlfriend and don't cross the line of friendship. If he thinks you are a slut, he won't want to date you seriously. Few guys want to date seriously with a girl they cannot trust to be true to them.

If it was meant to be between you guys, after a while he will realize how wonderful you are, and he will make that decision. But it has to be HIS decision. If in any way you push him into it, he will always blame you for the breakup in some way, and that will haunt your relationship for the rest of its life.
