I have been going out with this guy for a year and im young and I wanna have fun.I know hes bored with the relationship.I cant break up with him so i want him to break up with me.how do I get him to break up with me???

Of COURSE you can break up with him! You can't use him like a toy, and push and prod him until he does what you want him to, because you're too afraid to do it yourself! Part of being responsible enough to be *in* a relationship is being responsible enough to handle that relationship.
You don't want to be with him any more. You are no longer 'working as a team' with him. He DESERVES to find someone who will, instead of you dragging your feet and not being his partner. And not only that, now you want to antagonize him so much that he wants to leave? That's really, really unfair.
Sit down with him and have a talk. Be open and honest. Tell him you feel it's time for a change, and that you're sorry. Answer all his questions and let him have closure. This is what real life is about, facing and dealing with difficult situations. If you're old enough to be dating, then you're certainly old enough to break up with your boyfriend the proper way.
