Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleI've been working with this guy for one year. We've gotten to be real good friends. He has girls calling him all the time and going out with them but at work he always wants attention from me.
Why does he do that? Sometimes he does it all day long and just sometimes? It happens daily at work. Why it is happening?

Lots of coworkers flirt, it's a fun way to pass the day. So flirt back! But I wouldn't depend on him for dating or anything more serious. It sounds like he has his hands quite full!
