theres this girl and i never got around to noticing that i have a small crush on her weve only talked about once or twice and i saw her walking home from school and she looked great i remembered once at a party she sat down on her freind [who was a girl] and put her legs on me and we talked for a while and she put chap stick on me i wanted to talk longer but she had to leave and shes one year younger than me

that was a long time ago and i really want to get with her.im positive that we could hit it off so how would i go about getting to know her i could ask her friends to try and hook me up but i dont how to even start a relationship with her what should i do? i mean i think she might like me but im not sure if i should try i want to. so what would your advice be?

You have to start by talking to her yourself. Don't get friends to hook you up - just start talking to her! I have a ton of advice on the site about how to flirt and break the ice. Start doing one thing each day to get to know her and talk to her. After a week or two, you'll be on your way to really getting to be her friend and be comfortable with her.
