Still Jealous Over my Ex

How do i get over a guy that i went our with for over a year? We still talk all the time, but he has a new "friend". i am so jealous but i know that i shouldn't be.

There are no easy rules in life. It can easily take more than a year to get over someone, especially if they keep staying in your life. It's OK if you still miss him. You do need to start working on moving on, though. It'd be a shame if you missed out on some really wonderful boyfriends because you kept missing your ex.
