i come from a very shy family and most of my folks have no much friends especially females but i want to break out from that. i want to make female friends so we can talk and share ideas in my area and physically but not online.

the thing is i feel nervous when i am around a girl especially if she is beautiful and trendy and in my school i see a lot of fine and well behaved girls that i could make my friend but i find it hard to talk to 'someone walking on her own" ie i would appear like a stranger and she would pass away and i will be left feeling bad.
