there is this guy that i have liked for 3 years and we have liked each other ever since but we dont say it we havent gone out but he has a girlfriend that is jeoulus of me and hes always tryng to make me jeoulus with her he is very over protective of me and doesnt want any guy to like me he even argurd with my friend over me and now hes trying to make me jeoulus with someone else and i dont know what to do he flirts with me alot and respects me but i dont know what to do!!!

It definitely sounds like you two should start dating :) Using other people as 'pawns' in your romance is really cruel and unfair to those other people. Someone should never be used to 'make someone else jealous'. These are real people, not fancy cars or jewelry.

I would sit down with him some evening after you've had a good dinner and are nice and relaxed. Say that you really care for him and that you'd like to be more serious. It sounds like he feels the same way but is just afraid to cross the line. It'll probably be up to you. But I bet once it's said that you'll both agree with it!
