I like this boy. But he's got a girlfriend. He hugs me and smiles at me all the time. I feel really special around him. Does he like me also.

Lots of guys flirt, flirting is a normal part of life! So be happy that you have him as a friend. But look for a SINGLE GUY to actually get more serious about. If you even start to try to make moves on him while he already has a girlfriend, not only will he not respect you, but his girlfriend will of course hate you and that sort of reputation is one that can follow you for the rest of your life.
