Getting Back with an Ex

I still have strong feelings for my ex-girlfriend, but she has a boyfriend right now. I know i made a mistake by breaking up with her before. But i had my reasons. I want her back badly. It hurts me knowing that she's already taken.
I wrote her a couple of letters, explaining the situation. But i cant seem to give them to her, because i'm scared of what she might think. I mean... We're still friends, but if i'm scared that if i give her the letters. She might not want to talk to me ever. Please help me on my situation. I will appreciate it!

I would really not give her any letters right now. The time after a breakup is always full of confusing emotions. Be her friend, be there for her and maintain that friendship. You never know, she could break up with this other guy in a few weeks. In a month or two you should be able to talk about things face to face and discuss them without them being too painful. Face to face is ALWAYS better than a letter or email or something else. If you really have these feelings for her, she deserves to hear them right from you.
