How do I Get to be Friends?

I am a girl who like's a girl who doesn't hang around with the same people i do, that is 2 years younger then me, i know her from school and she knows that i like her and i think she doesn't approve of it! so how do i become her friend?

You just like her and want to have fun with her. Everybody wants to enjoy life. If she realizes that she will be happy when she spends time with you, she will naturally want to spend more time with you. So flirt, have fun, and actively show that you are a fun person to be with. That will interest her!
